I am Kristie Wilkerson — AI educator, AI agent maker, and former Fortune 100 innovation strategist. I spent my career helping some of the world's most complex organizations navigate strategy, innovation, and technology-enabled transformation. That experience taught me one thing above all else: people are capable of far more than their current systems allow.
I started where many of you are today, mastering the use of AI, exploring what was possible, and learning what it could do for me. Then I went deeper, transitioning into AI agents and discovering a completely different level of capability. Now I create AI agents for my own personal and professional goals, to run my business, and to help my customers better serve their people. I know firsthand what it feels like when AI stops being a tool you prompt and starts being an innovation that elevates you and those you serve.
I founded Innovate to Elevate with AI because I believe most people are operating well below their potential. Not because they lack ambition or intelligence — but because they lack the systems, the support, and the amplification that AI agents can provide. That gap is what I am here to close.
